Last year a vodka coke was costing me about 4 Euros which sounds steep but when you consider that every drink is a double or more its not that bad, the only other thing that the tax would affect me with is fags and as they were only about £2 a packet i think i will survive..
If they put tax on liver and lung transplants then i am well and truly stuffed

Floridians were complaining its the coldest winter on record
so what
they may have frost on the roofs but no snow
so whats the problem
we loved it out there
we sat in the Jacuzzi and swam in the pool at 100 degrees
so no worries

Sure I'm sure Stav
100 degrees it was and our Jack can vouch for it as he set the temp
and as we sat in the Jacuzzi with an ice cold beer all our aches and pains melted away

And as for the bubbles i think you will find that was because the water boils at 100 degrees.
Even Lobsters squeal in that sort of heat

Us 4 repprobates are going to Benidorm on Saturday
now do we get our euro's before we go
or get them from the hole in the wall when we get there
please advise us because were only twirly's (OAP) and on a limited budget
so we have to watch our penny's /euro's
cause we're saving up to go to Tsilivi in June

If you have a nationwide flex account then get it from the hole in the wall as you get the bank rate not the tourist rate.
I have just come back from malaga and the exchange rate was around 106-108.Hope this helps.

I used the hole in the wall last year in Benidorm and found it a better rate
But wondered if it is still the same this year with way the £ is against the euro
But I'll do it again this year
Cheers Beesty

Has anyone used Crown Currency Exchange or Travel Money Services?
If you order in advance you seem to get a better rate. Don't know if anyone's had any dealing with them.
